OUR CREATIVE PROCESS.
Our creative process, whether for developing a logo, a marketing campaign, or a web presence, follows the same steps:
| 1 | Research
Before we can begin, we must first understand and know who you are, what you are, what makes you tick and your audience demographics and decision drivers. This is the review and research phase.
We'll want to see where you've been before—including your current marketing plan—and samples of company brochures, ads, mailers, etc.
We'll need to produce a Creative Brief that clearly outlines the pertinent facts, audience and unique features of your product or company. The Creative Brief becomes the blueprint from which we begin the design/branding process.
We also have specific forms for corporate identities (logos) and Website that we will ask you to complete prior during the research phase.
| 2 | Cost Estimation
We provide an estimate based on the specifications for the project or campaign. This is considered a rough estimate and may change based on the needs established during the research phase.
A signed estimate is required to proceed to the next phase.
| 3 | Design
After the research and estimates are completed, concepts will be created. For brochures, this usually will include the cover and an inside spread. Usually more than one option will be presented, depending on the project.
The final design is selected by the client.
| 4 | Implementation
After the initial design is approved, implementation of the entire project is begun, with layouts presented as agreed. Corrections and Authors (clients) Alterations (AA) are made during this phase.
Final approval is required prior to completion, which may include printing, posting Websites, or preparing final files for client use. Clients are responsible for final proofing of all materials.
